This week’s lineup delivers two pulse-pounding thrillers. Down Cemetery Road from producers behind Slow Horses sees Ruth Wilson and Emma Thompson unravel a government conspiracy after a girl disappears in suburban Oxford. And in A House of Dynamite on Netflix, Idris Elba as POTUS races against time to stop a nuclear missile in Kathryn Bigelow’s nerve-shredding procedural thriller.

Over on Prime Video, Lazarus (Oct 22) follows a grieving man haunted by disturbing, unexplained visions in a new thriller from Harlan Coben. And New Zealand crime drama starring Karen Pirie’s Lauren Lyle, The Ridge premieres.

House of Dynamite (Netflix, 24 Oct.)
